Paul Mainieri great coach for Tigers baseball team looking for big win

Paul Mainieri he is not only an excellent baseball coach  for ESPN LSU but a great person and not only leads the baseball program but has helped them to be better coaches by his example.

Mainieri  has brought back success to the LSU baseball program with  his great recruiting classes and dominant pitching.Mainieri in his first season, his team finished 29-26-1 with a few solid SEC victories andhe got  some young talented guys named Dean, Ochinko and Mitchell who showed that the future could be bright.

Mainieri is very confident that his team Tigers enough got the chances to win CWS finals firstNationalChampionship.While Mainieri has got great players, where they care about the right things.As  They’re a wonderful group to coach.

As a coach  his thoughts includes.

Be yourself and not somebody else.

Don’t believe players are self-motivated. You have to motivate and inspire them every day.

Motivate them on an individual basis, not a group basis.

Always remember, it means a lot more to you as a coach than it does to the players. Know that, accept it, and live with it.

He  never put calendars and times on how much they  think they can accomplish.
