Hillsdale High School San Mateo evacuated after explosion – no injuries

Hillsdale High School in San Mateo California has been evacuated by authorities after an explosion. There are no reports of injuries but classes are cancelled. Hillsdale High School was just starting its second week of the new school year.

According to reports a male suspect was arrested. Reports say that a former student of the high school has been arrested after planting at least one bomb device in the school building, causing an explosion However more information about the suspect is not yet known.

A bomb squad was reported searching the school for any other explosives.
