Flash Forward Review: ABC Tv show Series Premiere

Flash Forward is a science-fiction television series by ABC Studios for the 2009–2010 television season for ABC.The premiere of the new ABC science fiction thriller, “Flash Forward,” a story of global circumstance that owes a lot to its serialized predecessor, “Lost.” The show premieres Sept. 24 at 7 p.m. on KTVX Channel 4.

Based on the 1999 Robert J. Sawyer novel, this adaptation by television producer Brannon Braga (“Star Trek: The Next Generation”) and writer/producer David S. Goyer (“Batman Begins,” “The Dark Knight”) launches with an enormous, spectacular and satisfying set up. But the show will be judged on this season’s payoff.
