Director Sam Raimi and Tobey Maguire reveals the latest developments on the fourth Spider-Man film which is due out in 2011. Maguire plays Peter Parker in the film. It is the latest multi-million dollar instalment which is expected to be a box office hit with Spider-Man fans. But accpording to the reports it was pushed back to 2011 because the studio is working out the kinks for the next villain and scripts and whatnot, but it’s not going to get canceled. Yet, the director couldn’t write a suitable script by 2011 which should have been the year it was supposed to be released in 2012.A different director-star team, to be determined, will take the Marvel Comics character in new directions, according to a Monday announcement by Sony Pictures Entertainment.
