In addition to her jail sentence, Revel ordered Lohan to spend three months in a rehabilitation clinic after finding that she had failed to attend rehab courses in recent months that had been ordered in an earlier ruling. A judge in California said Lohan, aged 24, had failed to attend court-ordered alcohol education classes. The judge ordered Lohan to surrender on 20 July to begin serving the jail term. Lindsey Lohan is an American actress, model and pop singer-songwriter. Lindse began her career as a child fashion model before making her motion picture debut in Disney’s 1998 remake of The Parent Trap at the age of 11.
